Treadmill today...
50 min, 4.63 miles, 10:48/mi
No stopping... Accumulated fatigue is starting to show it's face... But that's a good thing. Gonna help build this base.
4 seconds off of my pace in my 40 min run last week, so I'm not upset with this today.

Had to skip Day 3 due to time constraints...
So I went right to SE circuits...
Same circuit as Week 3 Day 1, but I increased OHP weight and Floor Press weight...

7.3mi, 10:57/mi, 80 mins. No stopping. Felt really good until I cramped up with 5 mins to go. I'm really curious what I could run a 5k in... but I'll resist the urge to test it out.

Week 4/Day 1:
SE 3x40
Same circuit as last week. Time to completion: 30:30. I can feel my conditioning getting better and better, my appetite for late night snacks and throughout the day picking diminishing and my results stockpiling. Basebuilding is the truth.
2x40 last week took me 24 mins. That means 3x40 at that pace should have taken me about 36 mins. I beat that pace by 5:30.

Went today without my app giving me my pace every five minutes. Went totally dark on how well I was doing... I just ran... I felt like I was going a bit slower but more consistent. Thought I was behind yesterday's pace...

Didn't time it out. Took longer than I wanted it too. I'm tired but honestly I haven't felt this good in years.

Week 4/Day 6:
Didn't have time for a 90 minute run so I did 3 miles as quick as I could...
28:55 for 3 miles.
Week 5/Day 1
3x50 circuits. Same circuit as I've been doing...
39:30 time on it from start to completion.
I also added a 1 mile run with a very short break in between. 8:14.
That's an improvement from my pre-TB time of 1 minute and 23 seconds and it was in a fatigued state. Feel really good about that.

Pouring outside so I calledan audible with run time. Did 30 mins, 3.05 miles, 9:50/mi pace.
Went nice and easy. Wasn't out of breath. Just a little sore from yesterday's session so my lower back was on fire the whole run. Still... I didn't stop. I'm pretty proud of how far I've come knowing I can get even better.
