Yesterday - Rest day
Today
BP - 5x3 @ 81.5kg - After every working set of BP, 10 reps of Russian Twists with weight.
SQ - 5x3 @ 107.7kg
wcu - 5X3 @ 83.7KG - After every working set of WCU, 10 reps of barbell side bends.
Farmer's walk - 2 rounds of 100 yards with 23.5kg/hand (struggled on the second round even though this wasn't the heaviest that I have done)

I failed on the last rep of the last set of WCU. I couldn't get past that sticking point and pull it out. I'll likely be resetting that and then forcing progression over the next cycles.
I'll get in a core workout later today. I'll do some deadlifts in a couple of days, but this was the final day in this cycle for BP/SQ/WCU. It went very well. While I have done a heavier estimated 1RM, this is the heaviest that I have ever put on the bar for SQ. I'm very pleased.

This is a deload week, and the last 3 days were off in order to test only weighted chin-ups (as I failed on the last rep of the last set of the last day of the last cycle). Everything else will continue with forced progression.
So today, I tested WCU and got 4 reps at 88.57kg which is around 24kg over my bodyweight. After plugging it in, I'm pretty happy with an estimated 1RM of 100kg. So I'll knock 10% off of that as a TM and then force progression again until I fail.
I also did some deload work for SQ and BP at 40% of TM doing 2 reps EMOM for 10 minutes. Then I did a short run just to loosen things up.
