*I've had couple of hectic days with running around doing some family things, lacking of sleep and poor eating. I woke up this morning feeling wasted and irritable. My first thought was about skipping today's training session..But I have decided to go for lighter version. Surprisingly, I was able to push through it with regular effort, regular load, and even with a bit higher volume (8 sets all around). And I finished up feeling completely refreshed and full of energy. I have no explanation but simple magic of training . Or magic of being addicted to it
