HIC #1 Question
For HIC #1, CONNAUGHT RANGE 10 TO 1s, rest between sprints or intervals is expected right? I'm guessing its not specified since you're supposed to finish as fast as possible, but I want to keep the sprints sprints and not crawls. TIA

I try not to rest, but I do tend to slow down. However, I tend to slow down on the burpees and not the sprints.

I have to go back and check, but I think in the book it says keep it a sustainable pace. So continuous running but not necessarily at your top cruising speed.
