When we were finished, I told him that I was doing sprints tomorrow if he wants to join me, and he said he would. HIC #16. Standard Issue Hills - I got in 7 rounds before having to call it for time. My son joined me for the last 2 sprints and the cooldown.

Tough workout with those 800 meter sprints. Even though my oldest son (Z) had to take some walk breaks during the sprints, he hung with me throughout the workout!

Fun Run - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes alternate between A/B:
A - 20 squats / 20 push-ups
B - 10 pull-ups / 10 ab rollers
