When we were finished, I told him that I was doing sprints tomorrow if he wants to join me, and he said he would. We'll see! :twisted:

HIC #16. Standard Issue Hills - I got in 7 rounds before having to call it for time. My son joined me for the last 2 sprints and the cooldown.

WCU - 4x5 @ 72.4 kg
DL - 4x5 @ 103.7 kg
Farmer's walk - 2 rounds of 100 yards @ 24 kg/hand

My 11-year old joined me again, and we had a good time.

Yesterday - Rest day

Today - HIC #7. Black on Oxygen

Tough workout with those 800 meter sprints. Even though my oldest son (Z) had to take some walk breaks during the sprints, he hung with me throughout the workout!

SQ - 5x4 @ 91.5 kg
Barbell row - 5x4 @ 64.9 kg
KB swings - 18 kg x 100 (60, 25, 15)

Farmer's walk - 2 rounds x 100 yards wtih 25kg/hand

Fun Run - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes alternate between A/B:
A - 20 squats / 20 push-ups
B - 10 pull-ups / 10 ab rollers
