*That was good decision on keeping OP I/A rest days throughout the OWT. It is starting to get heavy on me recovery wise. I might consider 3-1-3 schedule for the rest of the program.. Will see..

* I could've done 5 reps for DL but I decided to go with 3 reps. I don't like to pull >3 reps when the weight gets close to 300 lb. My form can go south easily. I will do 1 rep on 90%/95% weeks for the same reason.
**I am back to PB toasts as post training snack. Haven't had it for years
