Worked on arm drag back takes, lapel drags ect.
Lapel omoplata sweep with and without the arm in.

Todays 2nd training
Bjj gi 1800-1930
Worked on closed guard breaks and baiting the triangle.
3x5 min rolling
Good beginner session and only white belts on the mat.
I am still doing 2 a days and so far so good.
Tomorrow is early morning no gi and evening bjj gi again. I am hoping i can make both.

Worked on triangle from opponent sprawling after single leg with overhook(Joe lauzon vs Jamie Varner style)
Arm bar from standing back take.

Bjj gi evening 1800-1900
1 hr slow roll with the black belt instructor.
Learnt the following:
Omoplata escape alternative
Side control arm trap to gift wrap
Blocking the crosssface
Many more things that will hopefully come back to me

So I am 8 days into my 20 day training holiday.
I have done a total of 12 sessions in 7 days. This is more than I usually do in a month sometimes.
Overall I am beat up a bit but happy.
Tomorrow will be recovery and watching the ufc with the guys from the gym.
I will be honest and say I am not even missing the weights at all. I think I will be doing a minimalist fighter when I get back with a HIC/finisher and trying to continue to focus on my BJJ.

Working on triangles trapping both far and near side arms in side control.
Worked armbar from failed single leg when opponent has over hook.
Straight into bjj gi 1030-1200
Worked on spider guard sweep and omoplata.
Worked combat base to leg pass to counter above.
Not sure how much wrestling I did but I am absolutely wrecked haha.
