Including warmups and stretching after total time was 27 minutes.

Good day. I had two reps at 335 in the tank and the drop sets were light and smooth.
I had to take a call so I got eight minutes of rest between pulls and bench. It certainly helped.

Run 5k - 20:44

Did my warmups and ran wanting to see where I was at. Pretty happy with the time, a near max effort run.

Bench was good. Pulls were slow with 345, I’ll keep it there for another session. 310 went nicely.

Been away for six months. I managed to maintain my strength for the most part with a single strength workout every week to ten days. My endurance is decent but my running suffered. Mostly from form and efficiency breakdown along with some wear and tear and accumulated fatigue.
I took two weeks down and just started back training. Easing back into it.

Pretty happy with both times. The SE work was done at a ‘casual’ pace but sets were done unbroken. So there is plenty of time to shave. The run was flat out.

Both were very smooth, quick reps. I could have tripled either with little effort, so probably 90% of my 1RM.
