My shoulder does feel better. I have to think about reintroducing some variants of horizontal pressing. I am thinking of floor press (or Swiss Bar BP) for strength and push-ups/burpees for conditioning. Maybe will start with strength Fobbit in the next block. OR will wait till the end of OWT.
