Fun Run/Fobbit Intervals - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes 3 reps of DB OHP @ 15 kg and 3 reps of 1-arm DB rows @ 20.5 kg.
I was re-reading the article on Fobbit Intervals and decided to use these to get in some OHP and rowing work.

WCU - 5x3 @ 78.8 kg
KB swings - 100 @ 18kg (35, 35, 30) - Going for 75 continuous swings later this week.
I'll be doing 5 sets of ab fallouts spread out throughout the day.

It was a good day today. I'm not anywhere near as strong as a lot of you guys, but I'm steadily progressing. These weights went up smoothly today.

Finished up with a mile of easy running and some stretching.
