While that is impressive it's not to well thought out... Only one place for it to go when you shake.

1. Recover from an injury that wasn’t workout related. Damaged my long thoracic nerve which is responsible in activating your serratus muscle which works in conjunction with the scapula. What that means is i can’t lift my hand over my hand.
2. Get my 5K time under 20 mins
3. Get my squat and DL numbers up

Lose the stubborn 5-10lbs of fat that's only a result of poor discipline. I eat clean 80% the time, should be 90% though.
Hit a 315 back squat- currently at 275-Haven't done 315 since 2013ish? maybe 2012?
Current Clean and Jerk is 195-200 or so. I would like to be able to hit a 225 CJ any day any time. Something about full plate lifts that are milestones I suppose^

Maintain a sub 21 5k time while running OP BLK for majority of year.

1. Stay injury free and keep my back in shape.

2. Fix my diet - I've been having some GI issues which I think is related to my family's medical history so I need to experiment with different foods and removing other foods to find out the cause.

3. I have a number of GORUCK events lined up, but the two big goals for that are completing my first Tough/Light (12 hour event, rest a few hours, then a 5-6 hour event) and then my first Heavy (24 hour event).

4. Continue improving in my strength and conditioning towards specific goals I set throughout the year. Two of them - (1) Be able to pass the US Army Ranger PT test (2 min push ups, 2 min sit ups, max pull ups, 5 mile run, 12 mile ruck). (2) I want to tackle one of the TB challenges this year. Leaning towards either Snake Eater's Delight or Triskaidekaphobia.

I want to continue to develop my cauliflower ear. ;)

Seriously, I want to compete at my first bigger IBJJF tournament, either Summer Chicago Int. Open or Masters Worlds in Las Vegas.
