Interesting. Thank you. I’d guess it is usually the case if many generations were raised with “farm man” strenght lifestyle. Countryside life, fisherman life. Things like that. Having that in your blood makes it comfortable to achieve good athletic levels..ectional wrote:Wouldn't say it's big. Football and basketball are the ruling sports here. But Estonian rowers tend to do quite good in single boat and double boat races. Most recently they got gold medals at the European championship and bronze in the 2016 olympics.

Now that I have full access to the scale again I can start weighing myself regularly which is nice when trying to lose fat. First weigh in tomorrow.

Rowing intervals. 2 minutes 5 times
First weigh in at 115.8kg/255lbs which is a pleasant surprise since I was expecting it to be around 117kg. Surprised that I lost weight over the holidays. Keeping calories at 3000 right now.

Chin-ups have kind of fallen off a bit. Might try ending some workouts with singles with some added weight.

08.01.18 off. Conditioning sessions will be on Wednesday evening and Friday morning hopefully.
Lately I've had the itch to start doing some more bodybuilding styled splits and don't find myself enthusiastic about conditioning work... Going to make myself a promise of staying on TB + conditioning for the whole year though. I've program hopped too much in the past.
Also woke up at 115.5kg which is basically staying at a weight. Not going to jump to conclusions yet though since there was partying with alcohol and drunken feasts in the middle of the night last week. Might lower by a 100 to 2900. Might.
