Fighter, 90%. 3 work sets of pull-ups (BW+5), 3 work sets of dips (BW+10), 1 work set of axle deadlifts (240#). Last rep I had to change to mixed grip, otherwise all were double overhand.

Swings with the 28kg tonight but light in volume, followed by some ROMWOD.

No swings yesterday wanted to take it easy on my lower back.

This morning - ruck/run combo. Rucked 1 mile with 45#, then immediately dropped the pack and ran 1 mile. Total 25:57. First step towards the TB challenge Triskaidekaphobia. I actually really enjoyed this. Core circuit and ROMWOD in the evening.

Fighter, 90%. 3 work sets of weighted pull-ups, 3 work sets of weighted dips, 1 work set of axle sumo deadlifts (250# - math is hard in the morning so I accidentally did 10# extra - had to use a mixed grip for all reps). Light volume swings and ROMWOD tonight.

It really gets me more than any type of training.. usually I can’t recover for a couple of days. I know few guys who do that for living. They can move heavy stuff 24/7. They don’t train, they drink a lot, and eat shitty foods. Sometimes, I don’t get it..

It's hard work, no doubt about it.

SE with rucksack, 2 sets of 20 reps. Going to try to squeeze in a short run and some ROMWOD later.

No run Sunday night, I was beat. Monday I felt a bit under the weather. Felt much better today.

Max strength session, 75%. 3 work sets of pull-ups, 3 work sets of dips, 1 work set of axle sumo deadlifts (200#), double overhand. Swings with 28kg and ROMWOD in the evening.

Slept poorly so I postponed the workout to the early evening. No time for a 4 mile ruck as planned, so I did a ruck-run, 1 mile each, 50# in ruck plates. Total time 28:22 - just getting the work in. Core circuit tonight, hopefully ROMWOD if able.

Squeezed in a five mile ruck with 50# in about 1:25 then knocked out 60 push ups and sit ups as quickly as I could. Push ups were strong, didn't even start slowing down until 45. Sit ups were definitely tough today though.

Cub Scout event with my oldest today, but might knock out a few more miles tonight if able. Goal was 8 today.
