Notes
That is final lifting session with this block. I have one more E tomorrow and this block is over. Few thoughts.
- I like it a lot! Few little changes make it feels completely different and there is a need for adjustment. I think I got the dynamic of new structure down with this block. I love OWT percentage that allows you to really get the feeling and play with your form.
- I am very surprised with my bench press form. It is completely screwed up. I am not sure if it is due to my previous injuries with some psychological aspect of it or I have been benching with wacky technique for years. I think I am getting it down slowly (YES FINALLY!!) and I have good opportunity to master it with OWT before it gets to somewhat reasonable load.
- I am falling in love with trap bar. I have done that before but I never liked it for some reasons. I do now. And it seems to be working nicely with mean and lean scheduling. I think it is contributing to the squat and keeps you pulling from the floor. Smart choice!
- ECBB is something else! One of the greatest discoveries for me personally. I think I will be keeping it around for the training lifetime.
- I am not going to say anything about "5 min to Live". NO WORDS
- One more thing I do like about this programming. It does require patience. Yes I said that! And I like this challenge. I do need it with all that jazz going on in my busy life.
- So.. I am thinking E tomorrow -> couple days off -> next OWT OP I/A block.
- Cheers!

Great work Bark! I'm very glad to see that you are pleased with your training. You're a hard worker and the results show it.

Thank you! I have a feeling that I might keep going with this training without taking too much time off..grouchyjarhead wrote:Great work Bark! I'm very glad to see that you are pleased with your training. You're a hard worker and the results show it.

Do we get to have a party when you reach 100 pages?

Why not? Nobody will recognize me anyway. Consistency with beating your face has it's own priceGreen2Blue wrote:Do we get to have a party when you reach 100 pages?
