TLDR; 1 hour of aerobic activity 3xweek significantly upregulates dopamine in ex-meth users. That's pretty darn powerful. They classify the exercise as aerobic, but looks like it's 30 minutes of treadmill LISS followed by a dumbbell/barbell circuit. Either way, it supports previous studies showing LISS or aerobic zone work re-sensitizes dopamine receptors.
