Deadlifts 125kg 3x5
Bench 75kg 7x5 - high volume with lower weight really seemed to produce good results so I'm sticking with it for now.

Squats 112.5kg 3x5
Bench 80kg 4x5
Chin ups 5-5-5-4
KB swings 24kg 50-50

I've neglected doing kb swings as finisher for a while now, glad to do it again. My grip really felt those at the end.

Also nutrition has been out of place, will get it dialed back in in the next few days.

And from March 2nd I will finally be able to get back into my old routine. With full on conditioning workouts and such. It's been so long.

While I'm on this 4-day period where I can't lift I'm eating around 1700 calories, high protein low carb and fat and walking at least 2 hours a day.
Maybe I can get a lifting session in tomorrow.

Making the switch to fighter bangkok, and starting muay thai on March 9th. Can't wait. Haven't trained martial arts in about a year and a half and have been missing it the whole time.

Today's workout: two hours of chopping firewood. Can't tell if it was SE, E or S. Probably a little bit of all of them. All I know is my back is tired and I won't be deadlifting in the coming days. :D

Two hour muay thai seminar with Zaur "The Latvian Ninja" Dzhavadov. Pretty good way to get back into the sport.
