But geez, do martial arts make you feel like you're out of shape... I thought I was doing fine with my TB workouts but any combat sport training is always on another level. Next class is on Monday, can't wait to get back into fighting shape.
But tomorrow, some training with the defense league unit. Probably won't even want to look at my plate carrier and equipment. Even less run around in it the entire day.

Haven't updated in a while. Long story short, no muay thai classes due to school. So still on OP I/A. But I've set a new goal. I want to be able to do rope climbs. It would be great for pulling and grip work, probably going to start training it as some sort of finisher.

Squat 110kg 3x5
Bench 80kg 4x5
Chin ups 4-4-3
TRX inverted row 8-6-6

I'm still a long way away from any rope climbing dreams. Going to google some exercises to start getting better at it.

Indoor power intervals on the rower again. 5 times 2 minutes.

Just a upper body strength session for fun with friends followed by hour and a half of occupational skill training.

Also had 1.5h of occupational training after strength.

And finished today with 50 minutes of E, just running. Was pretty surprised again that I was quite easily able to run that long because I checked and my last E session was on December 26th. Between that I've had a few HIC sessions but even so they've been few and far between, and yet my endurance has maintained. Fun program.
