1.5h of walking - 8.5km: to the store and back basically.
Followed that up by a E run. About 50 minutes.

Also heading out to the field for the weekend, which means I won't be getting much sleep at all. Hopefully I have enough energy left on Sunday to get to the gym in the evening.

Well, I don't have energy for the gym. I guess sleeping 3 hours a night and having to run away from the warrior infantry fighting vehicle through the swamp while carrying your gear + a 15kg carl gustaf anti-tank launcher drains you.

New block of OP I/A.
1-9 75%

Squat 105kg 3x5
Bench 75kg 6x5
Chin-ups bw 3x5
Inverted rows bw 7-6-6

Rode 30km total on my bicycle today. Activity has been through the roof lately and will continue to be for the whole month of April.

I'm going to test my maxes on all lifts after this cycle. If there isn't improvement, I'll force progression.

GC#2 time: 17:55. Substituted pull-ups with inverted rows.
Ab-whell roll outs 3x8
Weighted back extensions 3x10 with 25kg
grip work.

Rest day, a well deserved one after almost two weeks of working out 2-3 times a day.
