(B) Double FSQ 2x18kg x5/5/5. Rest two minutes.
Finisher - Static hang from pull-up bar (thumb used), 5 minutes. Every time I had to let go, 5 burpees then back up on it. I ended up doing 25 burpees. Ouch.

Ruck PT. 10 rounds of 10 overhead walking lunges, 5 ruck push ups, 10 goblet squats, and 5 ruck V-ups. Total 100/50/100/50.
I then did 4 miles spaced out throughout the day. I wanted 4 right after but the schedule wasn't cooperating. 188/225.

8 mile ruck, 30# ruck dry plus water. Brought along a 45# sandbag for the ride, did 4 miles with the sandbag and 4 without (alternated every quarter mile or so). Total time 2:34:05, about 19:15 per mile.

Gorilla Complex with 30# ruck - 20/16/12/8/4 reps of bicep curls, high pulls, military presses, triceps extensions, and push ups. Nice little upper body smoker. Finished that in about 22 minutes and then did 4 miles in 1:08:34. 211/225.
