Needed to go easy on the run, a better choice would have been a down day. Just finished cooling down and I’m now going 39 hours with just two hours of sleep. The pace was very comfortable I just cut myself off there.

I did a lot of yard work yesterday. I am still under rested and about a quart of water low so I wasn’t sure how today would go. Pulls were smooth. I had one easy and hard pull left in the tank.
