3. 1x5. Nauseous after this exercise. Only did one sent due to same.

Just finished an extended period of work following nightshift. My training has suffered quite a bit. I skipped the last exercise as inverting on the rings was making me nauseous. Hopefully I am good to go next week.
I am definitely keen to get back to the weights and more tradiotional TB programming.

Just finished an extended period of work following nightshift. My training has suffered quite a bit. I skipped the last exercise as inverting on the rings was making me nauseous. Hopefully I am good to go next week.

3x5 ea side 1 leg half pistol

This is the first day of phase 3. I have finally progressed to actual combination moves on the rings. Two flows separated of 3 or so movements each. It was surprisingly easy and I see how all the previous exercises have built to the flow on the ring.
I finished off with some pistols to add the movement back in for my next possible tb cluster.
