I don't know. TB followers getting sprains in the same time frame... Kind of suspicious :roll:

Hopefully it's a quick recovery

Lol.. Mystery of brotherhood ;)

I have been foam rolling a bit and already feeling better. Another trick is deep breathing into upper spine while stretching the area.

Actually, looking forward to coming BB after this block if my schedule allows that.

*Neck/scapula feels better but I can still feel it. Need to be careful with WPU tomorrow.
**Feel tired overall. Might need to take it easy on conditioning for the rest of the block. It is the last block of current OWT programming. I love it but it gets heavy towards to the end. I've been taking 2-4 days off between the blocks.
***Going to the break/travel afterwards. Still not sure if I am able to squeeze BB into my schedule. Will see.
