A track and field event coming up this Thursday in which I'll be competing in 100m sprint, 4x100m relay, long jump and maybe shot put.

A goal during the next cycle is to do consistent core work.

06.06.18 - Rest day before tomorrow's track & field competition.
On a nutritional note been trying to eat by using visual portion control and not count calories. So far it's been pretty okay, weight's been still going down.

With deadlifts and squats I'm going back to true percentages, not calculated from 90% because I'm not doing those lifts that often anymore.
I'm going to test the Russian Fighter Pull-Up Program over the next 30 days.
