Pushups x 52
Sit-ups x 62
Chins x 5
2 mile run - 13:11
I like to know I can still pass the entrance APFT I took for Ranger school 22+ years ago at any time and with no particular prep. The pushups were done in a minute. Situps took a minute and ten. Chins were only about half effort. The run was hard but also 1:44 faster than was required.

It ain't what you don’t know that gets you into trouble.
It's what you know for sure that just ain’t so.

LCC&P 55lb KB 5x5/5-3:10
Stationary bike 2/3 gears 3 mile - 10:07
TM Run 1 mile - 6:31
Total time - 20:49
All done with minimal transition time between. My quads were very pumped coming off the bike and it took a good 45 seconds to get up to speed on the run.
I’m diving for a couple of days this weekend so no training. The dives will be fairly aggressive but I should get some decent recovery in.

DBOHP 55x10, 10, 10
Pulldown 140x10, 10, 10
Great weekend diving but exhausting. Took an extra day of rest yesterday.
Pulls were smooth and quick. Had 2 in the tank. Kept the loads the same in the supplemental lifts, they were much easier than last.

BP 175x5, 195x3, 215x4
Sqt 225x22
Bench was solid. Three quick reps, paused the fourth and had one more hard rep left.
I was a little pressed for time so decided to do one set of squats. I thought I would get more but had trouble keeping the bar racked.

Re: CD51's log
Thanks. I’m pretty controlled on all of my reps. I’ve done a fair amount of HIT stuff so I learned the benefits in controlling the weight, especially for the shoulders. I’m scheduled for a pre-surgical consult for my right shoulder. I had it reconstructed many years ago but I’m hoping to limit this to a little clean up work. As long as I stay tight on my reps it’s ok.Barkadion wrote:
