35 Minute LSS run
Notes: Slowly getting my wings back for the low steady state. I don't feel the heavy legs as much as last week and I don't feel the need to stop as much to walk. Feeling good.

Well, the weight room I generally use is locked today so I decided on a little modified SE circuit with what equipment I had around me. Something is better than nothing.

Step ups
Pull downs
Air Squat to Overhead with 35lbs plate
Seated fly machine
Get in, get out. Better than nothing.

Saturday I was fortunate enough to attend an annual Readiness Day at a local strength and conditioning gym. This seminar included basic self defense, basic life saving measures such as how to use a tourniquet, how to stop the bleed, CPR, and more. The day started with a workout as follows: 5 Rounds- 100m Ski, 10 DB Curl to Overhead, 10 Cal on Airdyne, Medicine Ball Overhead to Slam, 100m Row, and Kettlebell Carry. It was a solid workout and a great day.

Restarted Week 3. I got hit with an awful cold last week and was down for the count.
6/12/18: 30 Min LSS to start the day. Still working on access to the weight room where I’m at. Worst comes to worst, I’ll hit up a modified base building with some Swings and KB work.

I'm oddly similar. I felt oddly good during my 30 minute run this morning. Barely stopped only to fix my phones case when I was listening to music. Other than that, I literally had no problems, heavy legs, etc. Felt really good. Bench: 125lbs
Deadlift: 145lbs
Notes: Finally back on the weights and into the weight room. Ill do my second lift session of the week Sat morning and then everything will be evened out by next week. Cheers.
