As you have kettlebells, you can do swings in an aerobic manner without leaving the house. If you have a HR monitor, put it on and do sets of 10 swings so your HR peaks at about your MAF heart rate (180minus your age). Rest until your HR drops to about 100 or 90 and start the next set. This way your average HR throughout the session will be about 125. You can do 10 to 20 sets and it will take 10-30 minutes.
If you don't have a HR monitor there are a few ways to guesstimate it.
It's not the same as a steady run but it has aerobic and strength endurance benefits. And the best part is that you can do it with the kids asleep.
