HUGE THANKS to Grouchyjarhead who helped me a lot with the programming and all the way along the training!

I am starting traveling season tomorrow. I might be able to squeeze one more LSS run tomorrow early morning but I am not sure.

Overall
- I am very happy with this block. It was continuous fun from the beginning to the end. I have been looking forward to every single session during this block.
- SE felt like rejuvenation and rehab. It wasn't easy but it was pleasantly painful. Unilateral SE clusters are godsend. Underestimation of it is a crime. I do want to keep it around.
- LSS running was pure bliss. I have to say it was smooth. Even in 60min zone.
- At the end I was able to use 75%-80% numbers from my last pre-BB MS sessions. It was heavy and rusty but still doable.
- I feel awesome. Great block. Indeed.

What next?
- I will be in the on/off traveling mode until ~ middle of the September.
- Taking 10-15 days off now. Complete rest plus qigong practice.
- Running mini OP I/A block (~ 2 week, lifting only) in the 2nd half of August following by another rest week.
- I will try to squeeze random conditioning here and there if possible.
- I might switch to Fighter Bangkok for the next TB year starting September. One of the reasons is going more deep into qigong practice.
- I will keep updating this log when possible during traveling season. It is more like a diary for me anyways.

Cheers!
Good to hear you enjoyed the basebuild. I like rings and weight vests when travelling to keep training depending on mode of transport. Otherwise by some gloves and get really good at pull-ups and running haha.
Did you mean kickboxing gloves? ;)

Haha it was 4am here... nope I meant tactical/gardening gloves so you can do fun runs. If you wear the gloves you can do pull-ups on trees or any edged building. You can even do push ups on broken glass on the side of the road.
Instant travel training options :D
