So I've been traveling for quite some time. First, for some meetings and then for a relocation. I'm now at a higher altitude and I notice some conditioning issues. So I'm going to run a base building block with the strength first template using Fighter. I'm still building Bulgarian split squats so I'm not using Fighter for that exercise.

BSS - 5, 5, 10 @ 12 kg / hand (I know how low this is, but I'm trying to learn the form and balance after deciding to use this over back squats.)
