My right knee has not been the same in the last couple of months. So I decided to move away from back squats and to Bulgarian split squats. Having just re-read Mike Boyle's New Functional Training for Sports, 2nd Edition, I have decided to regress to goblet squats and then progress to split squats and then BSS. It's a big jump backwards (especially in weight), but I've got to get my form right and then build before I can go too heavy again.
Also, I'll probably try to get some weighted chin-ups in later in the day.

WCU - 5x4 @ 81.7 kg
Weights felt heavy today. I guess that's not unexpected in week 5 of BB. The LSS is taking a slight toll on the strength, but I can tell an improvement in conditioning.
