Big progress as for the first time I did chin-ups the entire workout and didn't have to do inverted rows on the TRX as a substitute.

I just keep getting stronger and stronger on TB while also having probably the best level of endurance I've had!

Big progress indeed. Great job!

28.08.2018 OP I/A 7-9 90%
Squat 130kg 3x3
Bench 95kg 3x3
WCU +10kg 6-6-5-4-3
One-handed swings 32kg 3x10

30.08.2018 OP I/A 8-9 90%
Deadlift 140kg 3x3
OHP 55kg 4x3
Pull-ups 3x5 - Due to heavy deadlifts decided to just go through the motions.

Overall bench and deadlift feel really strong at 90% which makes me really excited to test maxes next week.

Thanks a lot man. Just building around the basic lifts.

Today I broke some of the basic TB guidelines. Did the last OP session without waiting a day in between. But it was done so I could have better and more convenient structure to my test week.

31.08.2018 OP I/A 9-9 90%
Squat 130kg 3x3
Bench 95kg 2x3
Pull-ups 3x5

Obviously not the best session but it wasn't meant to be. Max testing starts Sunday with deadlifts, after that bench and lastly squat. Each test WILL have a day off between each test. Next weekend will be spent out in the field the the Defense League. And then right back into OP I/A, hopefully with higher weights.

Thanks. I've really started progressing lately as the first few months I was really conservative with it. And be more excited to see what TB can do on yourself :D
