Sweep from single leg x
Single leg x to double leg
Shin on shin to sweep and side control
5x5 mind rolling
I was the nail today. It was great and character building.
I also met jelly bean hahaha. Just a personal milestone.

General warmup
(2x) Pistol x5 ea side 5 kg weight plate
(1x) 1 leg deadlift 10kg DB with 5 sec pause at bottom
hamstring stretch
Benchpress x 5 60kg
Pec/shoulder stretch
Pullup x 8
Lat/Shoulder stretch

I am feeling pretty beat up from BJJ yesterday. I managed to get some strength work in.
I did my first 2 rounds of the strength circuit with pistols and finished off with some 1 legged deadlifts to stretch out my hammies.
The lower back is feeling rough from BJJ and some poor sleep. The 3-4 glasses of wine I have been having a night probably hasn't been helping either haha.
I find out at the end of this week if I will be moving for work. If I have to I will be upgrading the home gym I reckon. It might be time for a rower or similar to be invested in. It will be sad if I have to leave my BJJ gym though.

Worked on passing de la riva guard
Back step pass to side
6x5 mins rolling starting from same.
Large class today and a few new faces from night classes dropping in. It was fun overall but there were some new guys who really didn’t want to tap. I got some good rolls but had to give up on some subs for people’s safety. It was still good fun even though I felt pretty flat overall.
