Yesterday - Rest day

Today
Goblet squat - 5, 5, 10 @ 28.5kg
BP - 5x4 @ 81 kg
DL - 5x4 @ 104.4 kg

Later in the day I'll get in some WCUs and some core work.

Goblet squat - 5, 5, 10 @ 36.5 kg
BP - 5x6 @ 70 kg
DL - 5x6 @ 90 kg

I've maxed out what my adjustable dumbbells can do for goblet squats. I'm going to be going to split squats in the goblet position and continuing to build.
