Thanks. I've really started progressing lately as the first few months I was really conservative with it. And be more excited to see what TB can do on yourself :D
It can help you to find true yourself 8-)

03.08.2018 Deadlift max test
Result: 175kg/385.8lbs. November 24th it was 165kg/363lbs. My first reaction was to be a bit disappointed but then remembered that I also weigh 10kg less. So all in all. 10kg increase on the deadlift while losing 10kg of bodyfat.

Lessons learned: I've forgotten some deadlift set-up cues, couldn't seem to get tight on any attempt. Mixed grip also felt really weird as I can train with double overhand. Next thing is adding more core and hamstring work. Today it felt like they were the weak spots.

+10kg on DL 1RM combined with -10kg BWT is a huge win in my book!
It ain't what you don’t know that gets you into trouble.
It's what you know for sure that just ain’t so.

Definitely! I don't know what to be more impressed with. Improvement on the deadlift or the bench.

Back after a difficult field weekend. And the lack of sleep, food and water over the weekend really showed itself in the gym this morning. Decided not to test squat max and just forced progression by 5kg.

New cycle of OP I/A.
Deadlift max 175kg / training max 157.5kg
Bench max 110kg
Squat estimated max 160kg / training max 145kg

Goal for this cycle is to get back to regular conditioning workouts and start doing some direct core work.'

10.09.2018 OP I/A 1-9 75%
Squat 110kg 3x5
Bench 82.5kg 4x5
WCU + 10kg 6-5-4-3-3

OHP 45kg 5x5
Pull-ups 3x6

13.09.2018
General Conditioning 2 in 24 minutes.

14.09.2018 OP I/A 3-9 75%
Squat 110kg 2x5
Bench 82.5kg 4x5
Pull ups 3x5

Was pretty exhausted from doing GC2 last night and then weights this morning. Only a nights sleep really isn't enough time to recover. Going to have it set whether to work out in the morning or in the evening whenever possible.
