Split squats - 5, 5, 10 @ 20.5 kg in goblet position
BP - 5x5 @ 74.4 kg
DL - 5x3 @ 95 kg
I've been traveling for a week and the first day back is always rough. This is no exception. I'm finishing a BB cycle tomorrow with a 60 minute E run and then I'll take a few days off and start a new continuation cycle.
Today

DL - 5x3 @ 95 kg

60 minute E run.
End of an 8-week BB cycle that involved a lot of travel so I ended up doing a mix of max strength and bodyweight Tango circuits throughout. Taking a few days off and then I'll jump into a continuation protocol.

So I took 3 days off and am now starting a continuation protocol. I'll be running a mash-up of Op I/A, TB2 and Zulu I/A, TB, 3rd edition. It's probably more literally Op I/A, TB2 with a Fobbit Interval/Fun Run using OHP and KB swings. It's a bit long to write out, but I ran that the first part of this year and hit PRs in all of my lifts except for squats (and I had some knee problems and had to back off a bit from squats.) So I'm going to run it again for 4 cycles and we'll go from there.

BP - 5x6 @ 67.2 kg
SQ - 5, 5, 10 @56 kg (Dropping down to 50% of last E1RM when knee was hurting and am building back up; my PR is higher, but you know how that is. If I can't get it now, I can't run Op on it.)
WCU - 5x6 @ 68 kg
Today - Tabata sprints
