Didn't do barbell squats due to still being pretty drained from yesterday but wanted to get some work in since ability to workout during the weekend isn't a sure thing. Been working out or exercising basically every 12 hours this week, going to drop the load a little bit now.

Bench completely failed. Tried a set of 100kg once, got 2 reps than had to dump the bar on lower pins because just couldn't get the third. Lowered the weight to 95kg but the same happened so decided to ditch the bench for today.
I'm actually considering switching to a more traditional bodybuilding program for a while to have a refresher.
