No, just 50 total since I'm technically doing them 4x a week. Bumping up to 100 for both by the end. Nothing crazy.

Thursday I had a work emergency and slept poorly, so no training whatsoever. It happens.

Fridays are mandatory off days.

20180929:
Fast paced 4 mile ruck, 51:58. 20# ruck plate plus water. Planks and ROMWOD later.

20180930:
AM - 30 min LSS run (14:32 pace), Armstrong Pull-Up program (19).

PM - 5 sets of swings and ECBBs, 50 reps total of each. Planks and ROMWOD.

End of Week 2 of BB.

I worked out on the 1st, was off the 2nd, and then the 3rd - 5th I caught some kind of funk. Better yesterday.

20181006:
Fast paced 3 mile ruck with 20# ruck plate, average pace 13:56. Planks and ROMWOD in PM.

20181007:
(AM) 30 min LSS run (average 13:34 pace), Armstrong Pull-Up program (20).
(PM) OS Resets, 100 one arm swings with 16kg, planks, ROMWOD.

Change of plans. Initially I wasn't going to do any more GORUCK events this year. However a few folks I work with now are interested in trying one, and the local one will be led by a Cadre I have had events with before and really enjoyed. So it's just tough to say no.

Still keeping the general structure (run a few times a week, one weekly ruck) but adding in some serious sandbag work to get ready.

20181011:
(AM) Sandbag SE, 45# sandbag. Warm-up (5 minute jog with 3 burpees every 30 seconds) then about 15 minutes of SE work.
(PM) 30 minute LSS run (will edit with average pace here later), planks, stretching.

20181013:
30 min ruck, 30# ruck plate, 2.18 miles. Average pace 13:46. Supposed to do ROMWOD in evening but we had a yard sale and other activities all day long so by the evening it was sleep time more than anything.

20181014:
Sandbag SE workout before a double shift, 35# sandbag today due to some different movements. Warm-up (Tabata of squats and planks), then about 16 minutes of SE work. Some quick pull-ups and stretching once I get home.

20181015:
No running on the 14th, simply too busy.

Sandbag SE workout, 25 minutes.

20181016:
Hill sprints up that massive hill I have used in the past. 5 minute warm-up jog, 5 sprints (walk back down and catch my breath before the next), 5 minute cool down jog. Hill is about 100m with a 12-13% grade.
