I really couldn't find the time to run yesterday some I'm disapointed that I missed a training.

But I'll recover as good as possible then kick ass tomorrow on the SE cluster

Didn't do my E last saterday :oops:

Sunday; rest

Today:

SE dumbell cluster 3x50

Bench
Lunges 25L 25R
Rows
Seated overhead press
Squats
Lying leg raises

2min rest between sets. Entire workout lasted 44 min 30 sec

Somehow survived without blacking out and / or puking.

Ab wheel roll-outs 5/5/5

YEsterday:
HIC

Short hills

10 reps, sprint lasted about 15s then walked down. Took me about 15m to complete
