Second day of 75%. I ended up leaving both deadlifts and squats at the same weight as the last block so I can put more focus on HIC.

600m Resets x4
Felt like a slightly more spry couch potato doing these. Very slightly.

Sunday 20/21
Squats 385 5x5
OHP 165 5x5
BS PU 5x5

Also did Heavy Bag Resets x4 rounds
Did 90 seconds on, 3 minutes rest. All hooks, alternating hands. I feel like I kept up a good pace (threw a hook every second the whole time, basically).

Finally worked out again. Just took what I was supposed to do Saturday and dropped 2 sets from everything. Going to try to do a jog tonight, but we'll see how much the lungs can take.
