I do like it a lot. But I have to say that I’m still finding my sweet spot in terms of flow. It does have its own “energy” and it is very different from OP. I feel like being in slow cooker. Sometimes it feels almost like running BB. Sometimes it leaves me breathless. But it is a lot of fun.
My only regret is related to the local rain season. I wish I could spend more time outside. Keeping constant run/rucking would make it perfect. But winter is coming.

I use old running watch that was recommended by WillBilly. Got it on very discounted price at some point.

I also have old polar stride sensor that you can attach to the shoes. Not sure if they still sell it, though..
