88lb KB, x10 rounds

My "for time" on this == "sucks ass," and I nearly tapped out after 5 rounds. For the last 3 rounds had to take some extra breathers too. But I finished it. After I finished #10 and I was lying on my back on my porch and my thighs started trembling.

I'm posting this while sitting on my couch in front of this big old fan, cooling off, and I couldn't feel worse/better.

I realized that my Xmas traveling will interfere with week 6 of Operator. So, I made week 5 a bit tougher and when I get back after Xmas I will just start the new block (which I haven't decided on yet, but I'm thinking I want to bring back deadlifts). I might do a little GC work over Xmas, if I do anything.
