60 minute Fun Run / Fobbit Interval stopping every six minutes to perform these sets in this order for a total of 9 exercises interspersed throughout the session:

DB OHP - 8,7,7 @ 16 kg
KB Swings - 100 reps @ 18 kg (70,30)
Farmer's walk with 16 kg dumbbells - 4 rounds @ 400 feet

Today was scheduled to be a rest day, but I can't workout tomorrow so I am moving a sprint session up to today and resting tomorrow. I did 2:2 sprints this morning.

KB Swings - 100 reps @ 18 kg (75,25) - That's the most KB swings that I have ever done continuously. I was sucking pretty hard afterward. :D
