E session, 30 minutes on the rower

In seriousness, I do feel like I'm *starting* to turn a corner on my HIC ability. I'm definitely doing more burpees per round with GC1 than I was in mid-September (when I finished BB and did it for the first time).

No conditioning work today. That ruck yesterday left me feeling pretty rough.

OH Press 205 5x1, 225 one single
BW Pull-ups, 5x5

And that's it until after Xmas. I threw up that 225 just to see if I could at the end and it went up pretty easy.

Tomorrow the new block starts. Pretty sure I'm going to do Operator with OH Press, Front Squat, and Deadlifts. Thinking I'm going to DL every workout and I'll drop the weight some to compensate.
