60 minute Fun Run / Fobbit Interval stopping every six minutes to perform these sets in this order for a total of 9 exercises interspersed throughout the session:
DB OHP - 6,6,5 @ 18 kg
KB Swings - 100 reps @ 18 kg (80,20)
Farmer's walk with 18 kg dumbbells - 3 rounds @ 400 feet
1 round @ 10 burpees

So yesterday was the end to a 3-week cycle. Taking an easy week with a couple of 30 minute runs and some deload lifting. Then I'll increase my TM and hit it again.
