Squats 315 4x5
OH Press 175 5x5
First time doing back squats or deadlifts in almost 2 months. I picked really conservative 1RMs (and partly because it's Operator so there's more frequency than with I/A, which is what I had done back squats and deadlifts with before), and strength-wise everything felt fine. But while deadlifting I felt a good pinch of some kind in my abs, and then on the last set of squats my legs got crazy DOMS. So tomorrow should be pretty fun.

First time doing back squats or deadlifts in almost 2 months. I picked really conservative 1RMs (and partly because it's Operator so there's more frequency than with I/A, which is what I had done back squats and deadlifts with before), and strength-wise everything felt fine. Just felt rough all over. Thighs are still sore from yesterday but knees are too, which is more worrisome. And I still suck at HICs 1-10 (the ones that involve movement). I hadn't done this one in a long time and I did do better than I had then but still not nearly good enough.
On the positive side, it takes a whole lot more work to get me gassed out (where I'm just gasping for air) than when I finished BB in September.
