I was going to sprint today, but it was icy so I stayed inside and did a jump rope workout.

60 minute Fun Run / Fobbit Interval stopping every six minutes to perform these sets in this order for a total of 9 exercises interspersed throughout the session:
DB OHP - 7,7,7 @ 16.5 kg
KB Swings - 100 reps @ 18 kg (62,38) Was going for 85 but got a phone call in the middle and had to stop.
Farmer's walk with 16.5 kg dumbbells - 3 rounds @ 400 feet
DB row - 9 @ 16.5 kg
DB OHP - 7,7,7 @ 16.5 kg
KB Swings - 100 reps @ 18 kg (62,38) Was going for 85 but got a phone call in the middle and had to stop.

Plank and shank - I tuckered out on this one. My max for plank and shank is 3:00. I may try to start doing them according to my lifting percentages for that week and then do a "max test" like I do for my other lifts every 12 weeks.

5 minute dynamic warmup
7 rounds of 1 minute jump rope / 1 minute burpees / 1 minute rest
5 minute cooldown
5 minute dynamic warmup
