Hill climbs with ~40# ruck. Short walk over to the 14% grade hill, up and down as many times as I could in the time alloted (6 rounds, or around 1200m), and then a short walk back. Total time about 21 minutes.
I then jumped into SE work. 18 neutral grip pull-ups, 45 diamond push-ups, 30 goblet squats (24kg), 60 one hand swings (16kg), and 6 Turkish get-ups per side (16kg) - total time around 26 minutes.

2 mile run in 19:41, then strength-endurance work. 20 chin-ups, 45 regular width push-ups (ruck on back), 35 ruck thrusters, 30 four count mountain climbers (ruck on back), 120 four count flutterkicks (ruck overhead). Not sure of the total time (call of "duty" in between the run and SE work), but I was done with everything easily under an hour. Ruck with 30 pound plate.

20190123:
Long day at work and lots of family duty, but I managed to squeeze in an easy 3 mile ruck with ~40# after dinner on the treadmill. Normally I hate treadmill miles, but I finished a movie and started this new Netflix series called "Strongland" which some of you might like. The first episode is all about Basque stone lifting, which looks incredibly fun. Atlas stones were always my favorite strongman implement and I loved lifting different river stones. Didn't stretch at all before collapsing in bed, paid for it this morning.
20190124:
Woke up sore and tired, really thought about putting it off but not today. Drank a ton of coffee then rise and grind.
20 minutes of running (barely over 1.5 miles), then right into circuit training. 12 pull-ups, 30 mountain climber push-ups (ruck on back - first time doing these and they are horrible), 30 ruck overhead squats, 30 burpees, and 120 arm haulers (which I haven't done in about 15 years and kicked my tail). Total time about 26 minutes. Lots of stretching and rest tonight and tomorrow, big workout on Saturday (6 miles plus some ruck PT).
