SE Cluster

Post by jzt »

I know there's countless threads about this subject, but I'd like to know from more experienced people if this would be viable:

Push Ups 10 x BW
Lunges 10 x BW
Face Pulls 10 x BANDS
Crunches 10 x BW
Glute Bridge 10 x BW

For rounds/time.

I work out at 2 different gyms and I tried to pick Something I can do at either so I can always repeat the same SE and get better at it. Any feedback welcomed.

Btw: I'm a beginner at SE, advanced at pure Strength.

If access to equipment is an issue you can never go wrong with body weight.

Are you doing Alpha, Bravo or Tango as your progression plan ?

I'll be going with Alpha. Page 101 to 103 made that clear for me. I would go with 3 circuits x 10, then x20, then x30, then reset the week after trying to beat my time. I was just wondering if my exercise selection made sense.
