I have read a number of posts where it is mentioned post BB one can disregard the HR recommendations for their E sessions.
I am interested in reading more about this and have gone back through my books but can't see where this is mentioned. Is anyone able to point out where this is discussed.

LSS is a type of E but not the only type. As an example, in the conditioning book training vault numbers 6 & 7 in the E section are both classed as E as they are over 30min, but have no heart rate restriction.
