2 mile run in 19:26. Drank some water, caught my breath, and then right into SE work. 19 neutral grip pull-ups, 40 decline pushups with ruck (feet on elevated surface), 60 overhead lunges with ruck, 90 one-arm swings, and 6 Turkish get-ups per side. Total time for the PT - 26 minutes.

Depends on the day and the conditions of the roads. Today wasn't bad at all. Later this week, it gets to be what I scientifically call "stupid cold" (where it's stupid to go outside) so those will probably be treadmill miles. In good news, the cold makes me run a bit faster.

25 minute run (just over 2 miles, I'm beat!), then right into strength endurance work. 18 chin-ups, 32 ruck diamond push ups, 30 KB goblet squats, 30 bodyweight burpees, and 120 four count hello dollies (ruck overhead). Total time 24 minutes.
SE work is basically one big circuit for those who asked. I alternate pull-ups/push-ups/trunk for 3 sets with minimal rest, then hop into lower body/conditioning/trunk for 3 sets. Basically 18 sets as quick as you can get them done - since you're already smoked from the endurance session before, it doesn't take long.

Snowy slow paced 8 mile ruck with friends, ~40# ruck. Grabbed beers at the halfway point at a local brewery then walked back. Planks and ROMWOD after dinner.

US Army Physical Fitness Test. 275/300, best score yet. 74 push-ups in two minutes, 70 sit-ups in two minutes, two mile run in 15:45. Helps that I'm up an age group this year. Definitely the best 2 mile run I've done yet. Max pull-up test tonight, will edit later.

2 mile run in 20:06. Grabbed some water, then right into SE work. Total - 17 bodyweight pull-ups, 60 ruck push-ups, 60 ruck thrusters, 60 ruck mountain climbers (4 count), 150 hands to knee crunches. Total time 25 minutes.

Dental work in the morning, didn't feel too great until mid afternoon. Wife was kind enough to drive the boys to AWANA in the evening so I knocked out a quick 4 mile ruck in 57:43.

2 mile run in 19:34, then the Chipper. 50 squats - 40 stiff legged deadlifts - 30 overhead lunges - 20 push-ups - 10 man makers - 20 push-ups - 30 overhead lunges - 40 stiff legged deadlifts - 50 squats. All exercises performed with ruck. Total time 27 minutes. Might add in pull-ups at the beginning and end otherwise I like it.
