Monday 1/28
Operator, week 5
DL 425 3x3
Squat 385 4x3
OH Press 195 5x3

Got to the gym yesterday and the deadlift platforms were taken so I did squats and presses first, then deadlifts. And I didn't do any warmups with deadlift, just jumped straight to 425, and not only did it feel fine, it felt easier than when I do them first with all my warmup sets. In fact, the whole workout felt easier. Might have been a one time thing, but I think I'm going to try it again Wednesday.

Been there.. But it only happened to me once or twice.. and I wasn't able to keep it like that :)

Good luck!! Beat me on this one, mate.

Monday 2/4
Operator, week 6
DL 475 3x1
Squat 425 3x1
OH Press 205 4x1

Had some time at work today and I reread the base building stuff in TB2. I really feel like I'm ready to commit to doing the classic, SE-1st BB. That would be starting Saturday. Little nervous about not lifting heavy for 5 weeks but I know it would help get me where I want to be.

You would love it, mate. I look forward to it every year. Real treasure of TB. Rejuvenates you and makes you high with all those endorphins release :D
